How to serve it

Excellent cold with a squeeze of lemon and a spoon of mayonnaise or cocktail sauce. To serve hot, add them to a pan or broth for the last 60 seconds only. They are already tender and will toughen if cooked through. Good in salads, rice bowls, pasta and sandwiches.

Storage

Keep at 0 to 4C and use within 2 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
